Farm Tavern on Farm Road is my goto for a decent roast. Tiny pub though so you may have to wait for a table.

The Pond in the North Laines dished up a spectacular roast a few months ago.

Probably the best one I've ever had.

Bath Arms in the Lanes; you will NOT be disappointed. And leave room for a Chocolate Brownie. In fact I'm going there in a couple of hours.

I know most chefs recommend a minute each side in the pan for steak the put in the oven for 6-8 mins depending or are or not but that is not exactly a true defi ition of a roast. None the less sound good but can you omit the baked beans if I come around to yours lol
