I know, I know.. last night's performance, being as it was entirely Sami's squad, plus Kayal, shows just how poorly they performed under him.

BUT...

The man whose stunning performance was at the centre of it all, Joao Teixeira, is here because of Sami's Liverpool connections. So for Joao, if for little else, thanks Sami

At the time i thought the signing of Tex was poor especially as he didn't do much at Brentford. How wrong was i ? He has been a brilliant signing and has got better as the season has progressed. Love to see him back for another loan spell next season.
