Albion's under-18's coach Simon Rusk takes caretaker charge of the under-21s at Stoke today following the confirmation last week of Simon Ireland's move to QPR.
Albion are four places and three points above bottom club Stoke, who have a game in hand.
The fixture at the Premier League club's Clayton Wood training ground kicks-off at 2pm.
The under-21s have another away game against Derby County at Alfreton Town FC next Wednesday (7pm).
