Good publicity stunt....How genuine is he though.... would like to know how much of his 15million Euro salary he gives to the starving....

I think he's probably one of the more socially aware players. I think his confidence/arrogance (whatever you want to call it) belies his genuineness. I'm a big fan of his.

It's one of those conundrums. We only really see his public persona which, generally, is a bit of an egotistical pratt. What we don't know is what he does with his salary. If he brags about what he gives to charity he will probably get grief and if he keeps it a secret he'll get grief!!!

Yeah it's a publicity stunt, but still it's a good one.

As for what he does for charity etc, he could probably do more. There are a few interesting stories about him, one of my favourites stories is here.
