Albion's South Coast derby at home to Bournemouth has been brought forward for live coverage on Sky Sports.
The clash at the Amex has been moved from Saturday April 11 (3pm) to Friday April 10 (7.45pm).
It means the Seagulls start April with two blank Saturdays in succession.
Bournemouth's visit follows a home game against manager Chris Hughton's old club Norwich on Good Friday April 3 and a trip to Rotherham on Monday April 6.
Albion were beaten 3-2 at Bournemouth in front of the Sky cameras at the beginning of November, despite goals from the departed Adrian Colunga and Sam Baldock's first for the club.
Baldock is back in contention at Sheffield Wednesday tomorrow after missing the last two matches with a hamstring injury.
