Anyone use Allagents.co.uk ? They are the main feedback site for estate agents and letting agents in England.
Wish I had. Just looked at feedback for King and Chasemore, Hove. 1 out of 5 from more then 10 reviews. The joint worst score in Hove for any agent with feedback. Goldin Lemke for example had 4 out of 5 from over 50 feedbacks.
I found them generally incompetent, clearly over valuing to get instructions, pushy with their own mortgage person and generally unable to answer any sensible questions I asked. Unpleasant attitude etc.
Seems I had been warned !
