I went to the Amex to get the tickets.... First they said I would have to meet the coach up there as they have changed their procedures.. I told them they were taking the piss as the tickets were upstairs and I didnt want to mess about meeting the coach in Sheffield. Reluctantly they went and got my tickets but charged me £1.50 per ticket for the privilege.
What a shambles.

The last couple of times we've been to Hillsborough the tickets sold on the day have been lumped in with the overall attendance to bolster the "home" figures. Odds on the number of away fans will be announced as those pre-sold if they can get away with it.
