No , that is the reaction you would expect from any manager when a Palace player is trying to take the piss.

Match of the Day showed this a few times - it was hard to see how the Palace player might have done it on purpose. Just looked like an angry bloke losing it.

staying in the Prem means sherioush money …… which is why it's annoying we chocked in the 2013 offs and failed to turn up for the 2014s. it's not a crime to fail but at this level there's no excuse for not being at the races when it's time to talk turkey.

Pearson tried to sign McArthur in the summer but he went to Palace instead so McArthur clattering into Pearson in the technical area might not seem so unintentional as at first thought.
