With the season that Derby have had, if they're able to do that then it means on their day they can be a very good side"
Chris Hughton

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton warned his side of the threat which Nottingham Forest will pose at the Amex under new manager Dougie Freedman.
*
Forest parted company with Stuart Pearce last Sunday, before the former England international was swiftly replaced by Freedman in the hotseat on the same day and Hughton believes the visitors could be boosted by the appointment of a new manager.
*
He said,* “That’s something which we mustn’t concentrate on because we can’t really affect that and we need to focus on our own game, but yes of course we are conscious that they’ve changed manager and sometimes with that comes a little extra spring in everybody’s step.
*
“Sometimes that can lead to a little change of fortune, which we’ve seen only too often, but the message from me will be very much about continuing to build on the back of two good home performances.
*
“They’re a good side; you’ve only got to look at the start of the season they had and for whatever reason found that difficult to maintain, but only two weeks ago they managed to get a wonderful result at Derby.

The Albion manager stressed how vital it is for his squad to bounce back from a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Blackpool last week, but feels his players should head into today’s game with confidence.
*
*"The nature of the defeat last week was difficult for lots of reasons but you want to get back to winning ways as quickly as possible. It's been a good week's training and we need to take that onto the pitch on Saturday.
*
"When you are on the back of defeat it always takes a little while, that's normal emotions. If you are on the back of a poor performance then it's even tougher but I don't think we played too badly. It was a very difficult pitch, which meant we had to change the way that we play.
*
"You have to brush yourselves down quickly and get into the players on the Monday morning, which we did.”[h=3]ALBION V NOTTINGHAM FOREST
