Brighton & Hove Albion first-team players Dale Stephens, Kazenga LuaLua and new-signing Beram Kayal are likely to feature against AFC Wimbledon for Albion’s under-21s on Tuesday.

The trio are included in Simon Ireland’s squad to take on the Dons at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in their penultimate Final Third Development League Cup tie (2pm).

January transfer-window signing Beram Kayal, who joined from Celtic on a two-and-a-half-year deal, is expected to make his first appearance in blue-and-white after securing a work permit late last week.
*
Meanwhile Stephens is in line for his third game in a row for the under-21s as he continues his comeback from a nine-month lay-off with an ankle injury, while LuaLua makes his first appearance since being sidelined by a knee injury at the end of the November.
*
Ireland has also named Shamir Fenelon in the sixteen after the forward returned from his loan spell at Tranmere Rovers.
