Unlikely as we are left with quite a few who are considerably worse.
I imagine he got pissed off and wanted to go somewhere where he might get a fair crack at getting a game
Possibly too skilful and lightweight for a belt and braces Hughton side.

Never reached the expected standard to be a automatic choice and was probably on high wages. We still have players able to compensate him so no great loss.

Skillful and mobile player who found the transition to the rigours of the Championship very difficult. Usually second best in any 50-50 challenge, frequently muscled off the ball and very few telling passes.

Yep skill in abundance but far far far too lightweight.
6 assists (by far the most in our squad) suggests he did make some telling passes.
Hughton said we let him go because he wasn't happy that he hadn't played many games as a central striker (I do agree he's too lightweight to play that position).
