To be fair even in them 15 seconds you could see it was a ploughed field.Still it's no excuse,that pitch is shit every game of every season.we should have done better,these are the games we need to be winning.
Is it? Surely it's much tougher on cold wintery conditions.
put it this way, as best came on he jogged onto the middle of the pitch and then slowly came to a stop.
this slow stop forced him into replacing a yard of turf
