there is always an "is there a stream" thread
and i havent seen one here yet
sorry if missed it

i can get BBC one out here via Satellite but not BT Sport

any thoughts as to reliable streams ...

advice welcome
otherwise it will be Seagulls Player

streams for today download question

streams for today are asking for updating java and media player. Has anyone done this on a Mac before and has safely worked?

Generally, when watching a stream, the rule is to ignore all requests to download anything.

What streams have you found out of interest?

Java is generally ok if from the official source (Oracle) but be careful of anything media related

always do, which worked on wiziwig but now it won’t let me past the download part

How many times! If you put Adblock on the adverts won't appear. Don't download anything. With adverts or downloads if you look closely there are tiny grey x's in random areas on the ads, usualy two one on each ad.. Just click on those and the ads, download windows will disappear.

Do not repeat Do Not download anything......close the window or wait the 30 seconds and it should close on its own,
It will not update any media players or Java, it will just fill your pc with Malware, I know from experience a few years ago.

Also if on PC going to full screen can lose the ads

My lad says it is easier cos its on BT. Download Kodi then an Add -on. ILive is working OK today. He picked BT Sports and is on now
And NO ADVERTS or other crap!

But I'll run it through Mozilla firefox which has ABP (Adblock Plus) browser plug in installed that stops adverts and popups.
