BT Sport prob's - only me?

I get BT Sport through a BT box. Off to London tonight before heading down to Amex tomorrow so went to record the game. For BT Sport 1 only there is no schedule showing between early hours in morning and Monday ... so no Brighton game? The schedule is completely empty but only for Sport 1 .. every other channel is fine. Reset the box but nothing

Before I have to phone India has anyone else got this prob?

I should have thought of that but got it done anyway.

Only on the phone for 42 minutes and only needed to speak to 3 people and repeated myself no more than 5 times. So quite a success all in all! Other "service businesses" should take note of this best in class provider
