That's just bonkers. I know each club have their own bizarre situations - we've had a couple, and just look at Watford with their four by December this season - but that is a mad overall average.
And the two longest serving managers are Howe and McCarthy (1st and 3rd) ... The championship teams ordered by length of manager tenure and by current point tally generate very similar looking lists. Only a couple of clubs are really out of position.

It is vitally important that we get some stability in the Management position. I think we may finally have found someone who can provide that and hopefully with the change in the structure, we can get some continuity and build a side for a real shot at promotion if not next season then the one after...
