Keep him for now, we would probably get more for him at the end of the season

Agree with the above. Keep hold for the rest of the season and re-assess.

I voted yes(sell not loan) providing we replace him with a permanent signing. A player like O'Grady will not fire you to promotion next year. We need a quality signing. He had a very good game the other night though but some of his shooting was naff.

Keep him.

Ship out CMS instead if we've got another incoming striker.

Depends really.

If we have (bear with me here) FFS, Ulloa, Chris Wood or someone like that coming in then by all means let him go.

If NOT then NO. Wait till Summer. I know there is the possible "settlement" in the South issue however with a guarantee he can go in the Summer but for next 3/4 mths we need you now.

All depends on his family doesn't it. At the end of the day if they are up north and he's down here, he has to weigh up whether his career or family comes first.

I said keep him. The only rider to that would be to take in to account his family situation and so on.

If his continuing to stay here was really going to cause some grief, I would let him go.

Keep until the end of the season. His passion, graft and ability is exactly what we need to get us out of the position we're in and we need players who are going to give their all as he has clearly done over the last month.

It seems a bit odd having both him and Best, if the plan is to play a big man up front with a short man behind for the rest of the season maybe it works, we then have a combination of COG/Best and Baldock/Colunga and we can send CMS back to Peterborough.
