Any recommendations from anyone, I need a 7 seater to hire from Malaga airport in August. Would prefer a recommendation rather than take pot luck with one of the many car rental firms. Doesn't necessarily need to be lowest price but don't want to be ripped orf!

I've always been very impressed with Europcar, well maintained cars (usually quite new), the occasional out of the blue free upgrade, good range of child seats etc. Have used them multiple times in many locations without a problem.

Europcar are good generally, but in Malaga have used this firm a few times and were great. Otherwise, holiday autos are worth trying as they search for the best deal across a range of providers.
