NSC 'jumping' (or not, now, hopefully)

A few people have mentioned how NSC has been 'jumping' when it first renders the page on the Big Board, sometimes causing people to click on a wrong thread.

I've made a tweak. Can you post here to let me know if it's better or not.

At first I thought it was fat finger syndrome. I can't tell you how many times I've read the NSC shirt sponsorship thread these past few days! New format looks great though.

The jumping has been fixed for me on Android :thumbsup: (it had been jumping within threads too, not just on the main board page).

No jumping here either on W7 or FF.
