I suspect the Indian place is not great, but the Thai restaurant was good.

The Ganges will be my new local curry place.

Is there not one on Einbahnstrasse?
Went to Ganges for first time last Saturday, was not that impressed as food was Luke warm. Will give it another try though as probably a one off.

There's loads. But as British restaurants have adapted their recipes for UK taste buds so have the German Indian restaurants. As Germans don't like super-hot spicy food the curries here tend to be very tame at best and creamy at worst.
