BELLIES were bulging after the grand opening of Brighton’s latest all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Jimmy’s restaurant, thought to be the biggest in the city, invited guests, including Albion stars, to fill their boots at the official launch.

First-team players Kemy Agustien and Nzuzi Toko and Seagulls mascot Gully joined Brighton and Hove business people for entertainment and food.

Diners chowed down to the sound of traditional Asian drums as a dragon danced around tables. Jimmy’s has nominated Albion In The Community (AITC) as its charity of the year.

The charity will support Jadey’s Dream, founded by Jadey Yesilada who became involved with AITC aged six.

The cerebral palsy sufferer joined a Seagulls Specials club, which helps disabled young people to play sport.

Jadey launched Jadey’s Dream in 2014 at Albion’s game against Blackpool. The restaurant will donate 10p for every £1 spent from last Sunday until tomorrow.

Good story and a worth cause either way but do you think someone at the club was having a laugh when they suggested Kemy should go?

'Wait, what, you actually sent him?!'

'seagulls special club' could we not have come up with something a little more modern.

Bit surprised Stockdale didn't turn up. Mind you, he did mention food about 15 times in that interview on the club site. Top banter. It's not like he's a professional athlete being paid a fortune or anything.

Kemy will probably post a video of the whole thing soundtracked by a badly-dubbed version of him singing Earth Song while dressed as a Nordic clown. Hashtag blessed.

Looks like he's hiding at the back so that he gets to be first when the doors open behind him.

Or maybe it's just so that we can't see how much extra weight he's carrying.

It says in the article 'First-team players'. So who else apart from Kemy and Toko turned up?

apparently jimmy's has now had to close for a few days to replenish stock after kemy took the term 'all you can eat' a bit too literally

"Waiter missing since last shift at newly opened local restaurant Jimmys, only clue to his disappearance were a pair of his shoes near the buffet bar."
