Brighton & Hove Albion women’s elite football manager Tracy Doe was pleased to draw Women’s Super League (WSL) Two side Watford Ladies in the FA Cup third round.The Seagulls went into the hat following an emphatic 6-2 victory over West Ham on Sunday and the head of women’s football at the club says it is a great opportunity for the first team to test themselves against one of the country’s top teams.
She told seagulls.co.uk, “It is good to draw a WSL 2 side in the FA Cup and I am sure the whole squad will be delighted as well.
"Watford is a club which we have developed good links with recently and I am very much looking forward to the game.
“We will be going into the match as the slight underdogs, but I know this is a challenge which James and all the players will relish.”
