Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton says his Charlton match winner Rohan Ince has all the ability to develop into a top midfielder - but wants to see the youngster improve aspects of his game.Hughton has made no secret of his desire to add experience in the middle of the park for Albion, but on Saturday he was delighted with the contribution from his three young midfielders: Ince, Jake Forster-Caskey and Solly March.
The Albion boss felt Ince gave his side a physical presence, but has challenged him to work on other areas, "It probably summed up how Rohan Ince is. There is no doubt he has ability. He is a physical player as well.

Hughton says Ince's six-foot-plus frame is a major threat for Albion, particularly - as he demonstrated on Saturday - from set pieces, and he wants the club's reigning Young Player of the Season to learn from the players around him.*"When you are as big as Rohan you know he has the ability to get on the end of set plays. He also likes to break from midfield.
"He has an athleticism about him and his past was playing a little bit deeper, so he is always going to be seen as that more defensive type of player.
