Having just spent 25 minutes waiting to get through to the phone line to buy my 2 seats for the Arsenal game, I then asked if I could upgrade one to an adult.
The guy told me that I could only buy the existing seat as per the season ticket today, and I would have to call back on Tuesday to upgrade it. WHERE IS THE SENSE IN THAT?
So I have now wasted my time and the ticket offices time by having to make 2 separate calls to the ticket office to buy the ticket. I'm sure the queues will be a lot shorter if they would just use common sense and allow STHs to upgrade tickets at the same time!!
