Password issues on ticket website, anyone else getting nowwhere?

I rarely use the website s it's awful, but forced to get Arsenal ticket. Am WSU season ticket holder and use fan number to log in.
What I thought was my password doesn't work (user not found etc) click "forgot password" nothing. Anyone else have this issue?
I have to say this website is terrible. Sorry if fixtures.

If you tried logging in with your fan number try your email address instead. (or the other way round)

Password is probably your postcode

Due to heavy site usage - all emails, including password reminders, are being delayed by up to 2 hours.

Just be patient - it will come.

Except my emailed temporary password didn't work.
