Worried about having enough points for Cardiff 
Being a sad man and assuming the addition of points was automated after the game has been played I queried this the other day & got this reply...

Loyalty points for the Fulham game will be added to the balances of all who attended the game in due course. As we hope you can appreciate, we have only had 2 working days since the fixture was played and with near to 3,000 supporters attending the game it can take time to make these updates.
For the reasons given above we are unable to advise individuals when the points have been updated but in the meantime we would advise all supporters to rest assured that the loyalty points balance will be updated in time for the sale of the FA Cup 4th Round Tie with Arsenal. These updated will be visible when logging into your account on our ticketing website and visiting your account page.
