Brighton & Hove Albion expects to have processed well in excess of 10,000 tickets for the FA Cup fourth round tie with Arsenal, by close of business today, following a record day's business in the ticket office.Season-ticket holders who are yet to buy, are strongly advised to purchase tickets online to avoid queues, and are also reminded they have until 9am on Tuesday 13th January to complete their transaction.
They are also asked to be patient, as additional club staff deal with huge demand for the FA Cup game, which takes place on Sunday 25th January, kick-off 4pm.

Head of supporter services Jenny Gower said, "We will process all season-ticket holders, but of course many fans are very keen to get their tickets as soon as possible, which means today has been a very, very busy day and fans have had long waiting times.

"The best advice we can give is to opt to buy online wherever possible. We have brought in additional staff to cope with extra demand, but there are still a lot of calls, emails and in-person queries to deal with and we would point out telephone and in-person purchases are likely to take longer than purchasing online."

Meanwhile, fans are advised to use Google Chrome web browsers when purchasing their tickets via the club's online ticketing site as some issues have been reported on other browsers.*Supporters are also advised to refresh their browser and clear their cache if they still appear to be experiencing issues from earlier today, as these have now been resolved.*
Finally supporters are advised that if opting for print-at-home tickets these will take up to five hours to arrive by email (please note: YesPay email receipts are likely to arrive sooner).
Barcoded print-at-home PDF tickets are attached to the email and must be printed on A4 paper as a portrait layout and with good clear print toner so they can be scanned at the turnstile to gain entry on the day.
