Just tired to call the ticket office to get a refund for the Ipswich game ( bought as a Christams present for my step son who cannot make the rescheduled date ) .... and found I am number 30 in the queue !

I thought the Arsenal tickets did not go on sales over the phone until 2PM ...... or is everone getiing a refund on the Ipswich tickets !

Yeah but ticket office will book for you if you have problems or disabled etc . i did this hence the long queue

I suspect most calls are about the on-line system as it appears to not meet expectations
