I can't see why Chelsea v Millwall would be televised. On the pitch it's hardly a spicy prospect.

Cambridge v Man U. Obvious.

Villa v Bournemouth. Villa are crap. Bournemouth on a hot run. "Upset" (not) potential.

Bristol City v Everton or West Ham would be a cert- could still see the TV companies going for it even if it was Doncaster as the home side.

Us v Arsenal or Rochdale v Stoke

Liverpool v Bolton (utterly dull draw but the media's five month quest to get Gerrard an FA Cup medal on his birthday will ensure it's chosen.

Only 88%? I'm amazed Man U is not 100%. The rules state that they MUST be shown, whoever they play.. FACT.

Since their replay at non-league Exeter Town in 2005, they have played 43 televised consecutive FA cup games.

As it stands, this one should be televised because of Cambridge.

More likely to be televised if Millwall were at home. When the high ranked side is at home, they tend not to bother as less prospect of an upset. Except in Villa-Bournemouth's case, I reckon.

Bham v WBA a certainty.
Cambridge a certainty.

Would say other 3 will be us, winner of Everton game, and Rochdale v stoke.

For some idiot at the BBC to choose Arsenal v Hull then it's any-ones guess. What do they look for? Two prem teams, possible giant killing, biggest audience tuning in?

I think this was the best game. Arsenal are still attractive to watch, which I am not sure I can say about Man United.

Agree with young Vikki on this.

However, if it was a straightforward choice on The Albion v Arsenal OR Rochdale v Stoke, the suits at the telly would surely choose ours from the two.

And that is said with total disrespect to Stoke.

Arsenal are the current holders so I fully expect the BBC to continue to follow them.

While on the BBC, well done to them for increasing the profile of the FA Cup this season, I think they are doing a fantastic job.

Yep. Though they might want to give Rochdale a go on the telly, just to show how down with the fans they are, cup MAGIC, blah blah blah. The only problem is, Stoke being the opponents. Almost any other PL team (except Palace, goes without saying) would be more attractive.
