Albion boss Chris Hughton could have a triple boost for his first league game in charge.
Adrian Colunga, Joe Bennett and Jake Forster-Caskey should be available for selection for Saturday’s Championship visit to Charlton.
Spanish striker Colunga missed the 2-0 FA Cup win at Brentford after putting Albion ahead from the penalty spot at Fulham last Monday.
A hamstring problem ruled out on-loan left-back Bennett and England under-21s midfielder Forster-Caskey was still recovering from illness.
Hughton said of Colunga: “He was a little bit sore from Monday’s game. We thought he’d be okay. He’ll just be assessed this week and we’ll see what length of time that will be but we felt he would be okay.
“Also with Joe Bennett as well. It’s very slight and we’re expecting him to be fit for the next game.
“Jake was ill up until Friday. He has played an awful lot of football and that little break of a game or a couple of games won’t do him any harm.”
Four of Hughton’s first five games at the helm will be away if Albion are sent on their travels again in tonight’s FA Cup fourth round draw.
Ipswich’s visit to The Amex, scheduled for January 24, has to be rearranged as a consequence of the Brentford victory.
Meanwhile, QPR-bound coach Simon Ireland remains in charge of the under-21s against Aston Villa at The Amex tonight (7pm).
