Does the new limit of losses of 13 million kick in this January?

If so what are the chances of TB throwing a large wedge at players over the next month?

If not, we must surely have a decent wedge in hand after the piss poor lower end player recruitment backed up with so many loans last summer?

Here's hoping for an EXCITING transfer window and not an 11th hour "picking up the leftovers"

We sold Ulloa and Buckley for 11m and bought Stockdale, COG and Baldock for around 3m - that's a net transfer income of 8m. I know it's not all about the transfer fees, but there's got to be a fair chunk of that money to spend, even after signing fees and extra wages are accounted for.
