Why? Renewals are by March. No way of telling what league we will be in by then

Oh I think we'll have a good idea if NJ is up to the job by then, if he gets it. Have to confess with being cautiously optimistic he'd do a decent job, doubt he'll get it though tbh.

I personally think we are in a relegation battle pretty much until the end of the season. We've had a terrible first half a season.

Jones won't get THE job, this time.

But it would seem he's doing well in securing his position as assistant manger to the new 'gaffer'.
Something I doubt was a foregone conclusion a week ago.

Which basically means he'll be manager in less than 12 months time.
