Listen to it... Love hearing someone who gives a **** about Brighton doing the post-match interviews... Passion in his voice.... Not saying he should be manager but gave me chills to hear someone being passionate about the albion!

Yeah, a proper interview. That should shut up a few of his detractors. I still think Hughton will get confirmed very soon, but surely there should be a job for Jones for what he brings to the team.

I know times are hard but I don't think the manager drives the team bus to matches...

pessimist....

I'd rather someone pretend to give a shit then make it very obvious they don't..... The chap has started wearing a suit and fair play to him... Hyppia used to turn up in the same scruffy tracksuit and sit there and shrug....

Nice to hear a post match interview with some upbeat heartfelt passion and a lot of knowledge of the team and tactics, not 'terminator' style tones and implausible soundbites.

He has changed my perception of him with that interview and coupled with his team tonight, I'm starting to like him Don't think he will be our manager though, but hope they can find a place for him at the club

Is the interview online at all? I heard his one post-Reading and thought he absolutely nailed that one too: I'd have a lot of faith in his ability to motivate people. NOTE: this is NOT the same thing is simply "having passion". You need a brain too.
