I happen to be on holiday and watching West Ham v Arsenal on Star Sports (much to my wife's bemusement)
and everyone behind both goals are standing, not a steward to be seen. Why do the stewards in our North stand feel the need to get involved?

Good point & observation. Why are the stewards at The Amex so militant?
It's not like the club have a history of crowd problems at The Amex.

Just above the chin.
The stewards put in little to no effort when trying to make people sit in the North Stand... well from what I've seen anyway..
Who cares.. LET THE PEOPLE STAND

The side stands are sitting so I suggest he moves there and stops moaning

Not possible if like on most of our travels it is not an allocated away area. When the stewards make you sit there is always some moron who thinks he can stanc where he likes not in front of the seat he bought, so I have stopped going to away games and should not be penalised should tickets be in deman for particular game. Before anybody suggests standing with their mates simple answer one of you buy all the tickets at the same time , as my sons and their mates do.
