Nathan Jones has made three changes for his first game in caretaker charge of Albion while Craig Mackail-Smith is among the substitutes to face Reading at the Amex.
The Welshman has named eight of the starting XI from Sami Hyypia’s final game as Seagulls boss before his resignation on Monday.
One change is enforced with Bruno starting a three-match ban for his red card at Molineux.
Gary Gardner comes into the midfield, Adrian Colunga replaces Solly March and Elliott Bennett returns for Joao Teixeira, who is the player to miss out with the five-loan rule.
Mackail-Smith, recalled from his loan spell at Peterborough, is on the bench along with March.
Skipper Gordon Greer (knee) and Sam Baldock (thigh) continue to be ruled out.
Wales international Hal Robson-Kanu returns from a hamstring injury for Reading who are without the injured Garath McCleary.
The Royals continue to be without Jamie Mackie (both hamstring), Pavel Pogrebnyak and Anton Ferdinand (both calf) plus Danny Guthrie and Jem Karacan.
