Looking more like Sherwood coming and bringing in Ramsay with him as U 21s manager with possibly Ferdinand as No 2. Perhaps Jones will go back to coach or U21s and Ramsay take the first ream.

A job more suited for Jones! Some serious rebuilding required.We are a club lacking experience,leaders and wisdom that gains the necessary respect from players! It seems that this is at all levels not just the first team. Need to get some experienced characters into the club! Hopefully the new manager will provide this and may well be able to now Burkehas ****ed off!
