I seem to remember however that he does have a habit of speaking his mind.
Which I don't think the club would appreciate.
But it might do them some good to have just one person at the place who said things even close to how they are. Just to blow out some of the spin and give all involved a bit of a reality check.
He would be good value for the fans on the sideline, post match interview etc, and could inspire a battle out of the bottom three...
