Albion are looking for their fourth manager in 18 months with the departure of Sami Hyypia.
Who do you want to guide Albion out of the Championship relegation zone after the Finn's ill-fated reign and consecutive top six finishes under Gus Poyet and Oscar Garcia?
Former Norwich boss Chris Hughton and ex-Leeds chief Brian McDermott won the Championship with Newcastle and Reading respectively.
Tim Sherwood, briefly in charge at Spurs, was the early hot favourite to succeed Oscar in the summer when Hyypia was appointed.
Tony Pulis rescued Crystal Palace from relegation from the Premier League last season but would the determined former Stoke manager or the strong-willed Sherwood fit the club's model of backroom staff continuity and player recruitment not dominated by the man in charge of the team?
Former West Ham chief Gianfranco Zola is another possibility in our on-line poll.
