Who do YOU want as our manager?

Simple question: who would the NSC family like to replace Hyypia?

I wouldn't agonise about it too much; after all our managers don't tend to stick around for too long anyway.

Anyway, Brian McDermott for me.

Couldn't care less ( unless he's totally clueless ).

McDermott or Hughton, I guess.

One clear candiate: Paolo Di Canio

Experience as both a player and a manager at the highest (inter)national levels.
Managed a successful promotion season. In an English league.

But above all, passion.
Because that's the only thing that really matters in a manager, isn't it?

Frank psychosis, sure and a a terrible man-manager.
But you've got to concede my point about passion....

I'd be happy with Brian McDermott as first pick although Jose Riga was an interesting shout after reading up on him last week.

I'd like Gus back, but that won't happen.

I'd like Pulis, but don't think he would come either.

I genuinely believe we are no longer capable of attracting a decent name so I would go with an old school combo of Curbishlet ably assisted by Calderon. Ditch everyone else including Burke/Jones and the assortment of coaches that we seem to have who no one knows the name of.

Seriously what has McDermot ever really done to make him a manager you would want? Less than Nigel Adkins, but suspect you wouldn't want him?

Sherwood or Pulis. Neither would be the most exciting of appointments but I think that Sherwood has enough passion to keep us up, and Pulis enough nous.
