Good news, bad news for Boxing Day

The good news is that Reading aren't all that and it is one of the better chances we'll get of a morale-boosting and possibly season-defining win. Okay in first half today, but very average after the break against 10 men for the whole second half on a day when Watford didn't fire.

The bad news is that you know Murray will score, Steve Clarke will have had a few more days to make an impact, and that if we DO lose then as with Millwall it will be against a poor side making it even more likely that we'll get relegated.

Clarke- Tactically astute manager

Hyypia- Completely clueless

Even if we went 2-0 up we'd probably contrive to **** it up.

It's going to come down to whether the players can sort it out amongst themselves. Given that half of our side are loaneees and will still be full of Turkey and sorting out their Jan window moves I can't see us winning on Friday.

No the bad news is that even if we win, we'll still be in the bottom 3 and if we continue the same form for the rest of the season we will be relegated before we win our next game

We have played a few teams at the right time this season & ****ed it up

Blackpool (h) hadn't won a game all season (0.0)
Watford (a) Oscar resigned for health seasons (1.1)
Fulham (h) couldn't buy a win (1.2)
Millwall (h) 8 games without a win,the last a 5.0 home defeat (0.1)
