All you need is a piece of A4 paper and a pencil (or marker pen).
Write the word SHOUT in large capital letters to fill the page. Then add a dot between the S and the H, and another dot between the H and the O.
Hey presto, you have your own personal portable banner with S.H.OUT written on it.
Take it to the game folded up in your pocket.
Support the team with all your breath and all your might.
Only when it becomes clear that the game is gone, get your page out, and hold it up, and keep holding it up until the end.
Gradually the stadium will fill with simple personal silent protests, all joining together to make one large sea of S.H.OUTs (except those who have protested by leaving early of course).
Simples, loyal, cheap, effective.
