Barber can stay. Just think the club need to look at how they recruit players. Burke has not done a good job of it. Get a manager in who is strong minded and will draw up his own list of players. Leave Barber to negotiate the deals. Job done. No need for Burke

The club is more like the xfactor than a football club and it's becoming a tad tedious...Yes we passed the FFP,but would rather the club focused a bit more on the football side rather than the corperate side.Yes it's a business but a football club is more than just a bloody business.

Of all the people who might be responsible for the current situation, Barber is probably one of the least culpable, if at all. We've passed FFP and if I'm right in thinking we'd have a transfer embargo this January (I'm happy to be corrected) if we hadn't, we'd be even further up shit creek.

Should probably also add, what other CEO will constantly listen to the views of fans and will reply to every e-mail he gets sent - even at a stupid time in the morning ?
Not to mention, our revenue has increased massively under him and the way things are going - we are going to need someone like Barber to get as much money in as possible in League One.

Lots of words defending him but the poll is even. For me that's the reason I voted the way I voted.
