I would think that if there are to be changes PB would have been versed in what to do and will just pull the trigger whe told to. Even with my limited knowledge I could hold a face time or Skype call with a new man so I am sure TB woukd have greater facilities and options, so it isnt a problem to appoint a new manager.

Why do so many people think TB going to Australia somehow prevents him from doing business? They do have telephones and internet down there and I'm sure if need be he could scrape together his savings and take a flight back home.
