Every team needs a spine, and currently ours doesn't. Greer, even with his faults, is a leader, but we need a Crofts/Stephens type in the middle of midfield as well, with Stockdale this forms our spine. JFC was shite again last night, as was Gardner, and these are supposed to be our central midfielders. The one player who positively surprised me last night was Halford

Not sure I agree. Even when playing, we were still a shambles without any real leadership on the pitch.
