Thought Fulham would have been the last thread, then Derby, but this has to be the final In or Out Poll. His position is completely untenable. One win in 17 is not good enough whatsoever at all.

Under Hyypia we are heading to League One, no question about it in my mind now, we need change and it has to come now.
