The Albion v Millwall pre-match brief.

Friday sees the Albion’s final home match prior to Christmas and we have a festive pre-match schedule of events lined up, as well as making a few Christmas wishes come true.If arriving by train you will be welcomed by the sound of the Salvation Army Choir on the Bandstand from 6pm. Within the family area of the East Stand we have the magical pirate show and the Brighton Golf Lab has its usual FREE nearest-to-the-pin competition.
The Juice 107.2 Toy Appeal
This Christmas Brighton & Hove Albion have linked up with their partner Juice FM to help give back to children in need this festive period.
In Brighton and Hove over 20% of children and young people are living within unacceptable forms of poverty. This year Brighton’s Juice 107.2 would like to help make less fortunate children’s lives just a little better by asking you to donate just one extra Christmas present to The Juice 107.2 Toy Appeal.
Simply take your spare toy, unwrapped and new, to the Brighton & Hove Albion Superstore at the Amex before Monday 15th December and we will do the rest.
Opening Times
Dick’s Bar will open at 4pm and the Seven Stars at 4:30pm, both serving a large selection of food and drink, with concourses open from 6:15pm.
The day’s guest pie served in the concourses will be Turkey and Cranberry. For this game no alcoholic refreshments will be available from the outside bar.
Travelling to the Amex
The club offers three park and ride sites around the city, at Mill Road, University of Brighton and Brighton Racecourse. These will be very busy so if you have no choice but to drive please make sure you arrive as early as possible. Details of how to get to each site can be found in our travel guide brochure.

LATEST NEWS FROM SEAGULLS.CO.UK

Club SuperstoreFriday night promises to be a busy one in store as fans stock up in time for Christmas! Also it was so popular the first time we are running the promotion on the red and black away shirts again! All adult and junior replica away shirts are available with a £15 discount on the RRP so £30 for an adult’s short-sleeved shirt and just £20 for the junior version! This offer is only running on the 12/12/14 so don’t miss out!
If you are in town before the match or this weekend why not visit the Albion pop-up store in the heart of the Lanes next to Donatello’s restaurant – open until January 31st with a small selection of the most popular Albion merchandise, it’s the place to find that last-minute stocking filler!
Plus if you can’t get to the game but need to get your Albion gifts then head to www.seagullsdirect.co.uk where there is still time to get your order in with delivery before Christmas, and with free UK shipping on orders over £75 it’s a great way of avoiding the Christmas queues!
Orange Third Shirt – Small amount available in store on match day
We have managed to secure a small additional quantity of this season’s orange third shirt in time for the Millwall game. There will be a small number of shirts in all adult and junior sizes but availability is extremely limited.
These will be available in the stadium superstore only, on a strictly ‘first come first served’ basis from 4pm on 12/12/14. These shirts will not be made available online at any point and unfortunately due to high demand the store will be unable to accept any requests by phone, email or in person to reserve a shirt.
The best way to secure yours is to arrive early and head straight for the superstore where the shirts will be available to buy, from 4pm!
Get your Copy of Seagull
In our last edition of Seagull before Christmas, loan striker Darren Bent is the latest player to enter The Hot Seat to answer the fans' Facebook questions.
Bruno explains the differences between Spain and England when it comes to celebrating during the festive period while goalkeeper David Stockdale reveals that the squad are fully behind manager Sami Hyypia.
Elsewhere, it’s Football Remembers Week and we take a look back at the Christmas Truce in 1914, while Tim Carder profiles the Albion players’ involvement in the First World War.
Former keeper Perry Digweed takes a look back at the 1990/91 season, and ex-Albion and Lions centre-forward John Shepherd is also interviewed.
All this and much more can be found inside Friday’s 84-page edition of Seagull, available in and around the Amex Stadium, priced £3.50.
Not Got Your Ticket Yet?
For fans wishing to attend, there are still tickets available. Fans wishing to purchase tickets for the upcoming fixtures with Reading and Fulham can do this on the match-day and are advised to purchase before 18th December to avoid issues with the postage deadline looming.
The ticket office will be open until half-time for Friday’s game but closed after the match.
Season-ticket holders with an outstanding Direct Debit payment are reminded they need to arrange payment of the overdue amount or will be refused entry to the Amex on Friday.
Season-ticket holders wishing to upgrade tickets are recommended to do so in advance by calling the Albion Booking Line on 0844 327 1901.
