Hyypia is the issue, Garcia proved that you can work in this structure, but that wasn't the right fit. Also Poyet proved it could work before he started playing silly buggers.

Poor sod is clearly passionate (some on that basis want Calde to be player manager alone) but Jones continually gets hammered left right and centre but can anyone say what he doesn't do that he is meant too? No These are scapegoats for the inefficiencies of the manager.

Lets get on with getting behind the team, lets not make ourselves, the supporters, a partial reason for the team continuing this run of poor form. Simply the manager needs changing, Mr Bloom is the person who needs to act. Support Sami until he is gone, he cannot hold on much longer.

We are absolutely shite, look unfit and disinterested a lot of the time. Set pieces are worse than 'Junior School' teams serve up.

On that basis he deserves a lot of the grief he's getting on here.

Standing on the sideline clapping and waving his arms about is not enough to get their team back into the game when behind and makes him look as hopeless as the team he's coaching.

A clean sweep is needed and quickly.
