1st episode follows Hypia. They find his previous club and try to find if he has ever had a happy customer. Turns out he has only been trading for a few years, both times it appears shoddy workmanship and lack of skill has led to disaster.
He does agree to an interview on the episode but like most of these rogue traders he says it won't happen again and he never meant for any of it to happen.
He is named and shamed and hopefully no one will use is services again. You have been warned!
