I think they may have thought something was a bit fishy when this happened

Iqbal was wheeled out of the Lidl store to an ambulance but an insurance fraud investigation team later found he asked the paramedics to stop before they reached a hospital casualty department.
He got out of the vehicle unaided and went straight back to the store to speak to the manager about recording the incident
