So says The Football Ramble podcast chaps.
Said with a fair degree of certainty, no 'allegedly' or questioning of the comment.

How close to the club are the people who run this podcast? Just asking like.

I thought Garcia did pretty well all things considered but it seems he was pretty useless at everything if the re writing of last season is correct.

They are more connected to 'football' than most on here.

Invariably they will caveat with 'rumour has it', or 'so I've been told'.
But not this time, was said as a statement of fact.

Oh and for those that know the Ramble nobody laughed like a hyena.
Those boys certainly know how to make each other laugh

This.

Seems a little convenient, so soon after Oscar eventually (and carefully) gave his viewpoint recently.
I'd be surprised if 'an anonymous source at the club' hasn't leaked this.
Maybe in our current situation it'd be a good idea to be looking forward

Unless it's Upson itself who leaked it, in which case it's just as biased of course.

Still an interesting tidbit though.

Edit: I very rarely write the word 'tidbit' but am always tempted to write 'titbit' instead, even though I know it's incorrect.

Maybe Garcia has happy to let Upson talk to the players and motivate them, after all English and communication wasn't Garcia's strong point.

I have no issue with this, it worked, we finished in the play offs.

If only Hyypia would let someone else run the team/dressing room

It would tie in with Tony Bloom's statement that he was "difficult to communicate with".

Maybe you should use titbit (sic) then you can use it more often.

Not listened to the latest but interesting. We haven't had a mention from memory this season, so strange thing to bring up. Can't be from Upson I imagine, as they were taking the piss last week because of his run out for the U21s
