The silence is deafening about which other teams have met FFP
This is because Brighton have not officially met FFP, no club has yet.
It is not up to Brighton, or any individual club, whether or not they have met FFP. It is up to the Football League to sit down and go through the books of each club which have been submitted over recent days, and decide independently for themselves. Only the FL can officially declare a club as having passed or failed.
Bournemouth of all clubs have told their supporters through their local paper that they have passed FFP, in a very similar statement to what Barber has given to The Argus. Shall we put them in the officially passed list? I'd suggest not, just yet, until we know independently.
I feel like the club are shouting this from the rooftop now, perhaps prematurely, because of the pressure currently being applied to the board by the supporters.
The board are desperate to give supporters a bit of good news. And whilst the club seems obviously fine to pass FFP - making it sound all official and done now when it isn't seems to me like an attempt to dampen down supporter unrest towards the board.

Seven of Albion's Championship rivals face penalties for breaking Financial Fair Play rules.
Leeds, Blackburn, Nottingham Forest, Bolton, Bournemouth, Birmingham and Middlesbrough will be hit by sanctions, according to reports.
So too will Leicester and QPR, two of the clubs promoted last season to the Premier League.
Leeds are expected to be worst hit of the Championship clubs after racking up heavy losses.
Punishments for clubs failing to toe the Financial Fair Play line include fines and a transfer embargo.
Leeds are currently 16th in the table, Bolton 17th and Birmingham 19th.
Nottingham Forest, Blackburn, Middlesbrough and Bournemouth are all in the top ten.
Albion confirmed last week they have fallen within the FFP boundaries.
Supporters derived little comfort from the announcement, with the club languishing in the relegation zone under Sami Hyypia.
Albion reluctantly agreed last month to back a huge rise in future losses allowed by Championship clubs as part of changes to the FFP rules.

I've just been talking to Radio Suffolk talking about Ipswich, their losses were announced last night at £7.1 million.

Funny isn't it to read about all the clubs - even those that do meet FFP limits - losing multi millions every year, yet in another thread we have posters claiming that TB is only in this to get a return on his 200m (and counting) investment.
